It has a lovely upper balcony, front courtyard/entertaining area with brick built BBQ and seating area.

On the lower courtyard surrounded by flower beds, provides plenty of space for al fresco dining. A useful under the steps area to keep as a wood store for cooler months and a really good size lockable integrated storage room (abothiki). Access to this area is from either the house or the upper front courtyard entrance.
