Olive Tree House Alonnisos is available to rent throughout 2023.
Olive Tree House has recently been renovated and refurbished to a high standard.
This villa is nestled into the hillside on the edge of Alonnisos Old Village facing south with spectacular views looking out to sea. The villa has car access and parking for one car.
Two well appointed, double bedrooms each with French windows opening out onto a South facing balcony with breathtaking views. One shower room, fully equipped kitchen, utility/cloakroom and large, sitting, dining area.
Terraces surround the property allowing plenty of space for Al Fresco eating, sun bathing or if one prefers, shaded areas to sit and relax under the large olive tree that gives the property its name.
The house is located approx 15mins walk down to Megalos Mourtias, a stunning beach with two excellent tavernas. A 5 min walk will take you up into the Old Village where pretty, stone built houses, covered in vines or bougainvillea look out over wonderful vistas. There are plenty of places to shop, eat or sit with a refreshing drink on a warm summers evening and watch the world go by.
A truly sumptuous villa in an ideal location perfectly suited to having a wonderful holiday.
