Although each of the three ‘dwellings’ have their own entrance and are very different in size and layout, they are joined at the hip by sharing a delightful upper courtyard.
The property is right in the heart of the old town yet there is vehicular access nearby to assist with delivering of provisions. Most of the old town is made up of steep pebbled walkways. The living accommodation comprises of a two storey ‘main house’ accessed by a charming stable door at street level. This brings you in to bedroom 1 with a free standing bed and single built in (traditional) with an en suite wet room. Wooden stairwell takes you to the upper level sitting room.
This room full of charm with its vaulted chestnut ceiling, Sporades open fireplace and two windows opening towards the south, enjoying sea views and glimpses of Skopelos. A third window opens out to the courtyard and so does another door.

An old wooden, traditional door takes you down a couple of steps to the upper ‘covered’ courtyard where the other two living areas can be found and an outside stairwell leading down to a wooden door to street level. The third dwelling again accessed from the courtyard opens to another two storey sleeping room (bedroom 3) with a single bed downstairs and a double bedroom (bedroom 2) on the first floor. The upper air conditioned bedroom has a window where you can get to a delightful balcony above the courtyard. Great scope to extend this or add external wooden steps to connect you to the courtyard below. Space for a table and a couple of chairs or a sun bed. The property has great potential to be enable the new owner to provide multiple occupancy rental rooms or to be enjoyed as it currently is, allowing family and friends to have their own space.
